TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following are the terms and conditions of products sold from this website.
All fishing products will be shipped USPS, Jackets are shipped UPS.
Every item shipped will have a tracking number which we track to make sure you
receive the product. If you would like the tracking number please notify us and
we will gladly e-mail it to you.
If you do not receive your product within 5 business days contact us. If the tracking
shows your product was delivered it is then the responsibility of the buyer to pursue
their post office to see where the package is (this scenario has only happened once
in all of our shipping experiences). We assume no responsibility, will not refund or
issue a replacement on a product that has been delivered.
Jackets are sent UPS and if the tracking shows they were delivered please contact
us so we can start a trace with UPS. If UPS shows it was their neglect we will gladly
send you a replacement jacket.
If you receive product and it is not what you purchased you must contact me for an
RMA#. I will reimburse you the shipping if the error is on our company end.
If you would like to return product for any other reason, it has to be in the original
package unopened. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your
refund and you are responsible for all shipping charges to you and back to us. You
must contact us to receive a RMA# to return any product.
We will not refund cash for the jackets but we will gladly exchange a jacket if we
have what you need in stock. If we do not I will gladly issue you a credit for another
jacket in the future. If the jacket exchange is not for manufacture defect, you will
pay shipping back to the factory and shipping the jacket back to you.
All out of the United States sales can not be purchased through this website. Contact
us and we will invoice you through paypal. This is due to the fact that the shipping
charges are more than stated on this website. If you are from another country and
purchase product without us invoicing you we will refund your money promptly.
